Layer 2 Protocol Decodes

This page points to decodes which illustrate the various layer 2 fields. At this time all decodes are ethernet-based but never fear, token ring is on the way. If you have access to a protocol analyzer and would like to forward me the text output of a protocol or topology not shown I'd be happy to include it.
The verbose portion of the decodes has been deleted to eliminate any confusion or distraction. It remains in the hexadecimal decode, however.
Choose from the following Novell LANalyzer decodes:

bulletNetBEUI
bulletEthernet 802.3 (raw) - Novell's early implementation which is a standard unto itself
bulletEthernet Type II - The first real standard for ethernet...and still going strong.
bulletEthernet 802.2 - The IEEE's implementation of an HDLC-like header.
bulletEthernet SNAP - The architecture for those who can't speak any other version, right Apple?

Here are some decodes from Microsoft's Network Monitor:

bulletAsync PPP Session - This illustrates the packet-by-packet detail of a PPP negotiation over asynchronous dial-up.
bulletMulti-Link PPP Session - For those who want to see the "bonding" of two channels with multi-link PPP.

Here are some decodes from the Hewlett-Packard Internet Advisor:

bulletAsync PPP Session - this session illustrates how some PC's might inadvertently drop the signal on you. Not good!
